    1. 발전기 용량 선정

    GENERATOR CAPACITY

    How to select the capacity 

     

    * Select the model with 30~40% greater than the actual power consumption (full-load)

    * Choose the model that can endure the instant load of the largest induction motor or a pump (shall be greater than the startup load)

     

    ▶ Determine the capacity that satisfies the above conditions simultaneously.

    발전기 용량 선정

     

    * 소비 전력 (전부하) 보다 30~40%의 여유 있는 기종 선정

    * 가장 큰 유도전동기 또는 펌프에서 순간 부하를 견딜 수 있는 기종 선정 (기동부하보다 커야 함)

     

    ▶  상기 조건을 동시에 만족할 수 있는 용량 선정

     * Generator capacity shall be greater than the starting load / 기동부하보다 큰 발전기 용량 선정

     * Select the capacity with the extra 30~40% / 30~40%의 여유 있는 용량 선정

     * Distribute the load equally on each phase / 각 상마다 균등하게 부하를 분배

    2. 비상 발전 

    FOR EMERGENCY

    For Emergency Standby

    (Inc. noticed blackout, peak control & etc.)

     

    * Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) : Separate the emergency load from the switchboard to connect to ATS (Required)

    * Exclude generators exclusively for equipment

    비상 발전 시

    (예고 정전, 피크제어 포함)

    * 자동절환스위치 (ATS) : 비상 시 사용할 부하를 배전반에서 분리하여 ATS에 연결 (필수)

    * 장비 전용 발전기는 제외


    3. 자가 발전

    SELF-GENERATION

    For Self-generating Sets

    * Used only in the daytime : 1 Unit

    * Used continuously & for 24 hrs. : 2~3 Unit

       (two shifts, 1 ea. for maintenance preventively and a spare generator)

    * Use alternately every 4~8 hours

    자가 발전

    *  주간만 사용 : 1대로 운영

    *  24시간 및 계속 사용 : 2~3대 

       (2교대 사용, 1대 예방정비 및 예비용)

    * 4~8시간마다 교대 사용

       - General type : For driving both on the road and working area after receiving the approval

    * Heat Exchanger (Water cooling system)

    * Combined Heat and Power (CHP)
